Shipping policy

In-Store Pick Up, Local Delivery, and Shipping 

In-Store Pick Up 

In-store pick up is free of charge and is available during shop hours.  

In-store pick up is available at Union Market daily, typically after a 24 hour processing time. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.  

In-store pick up is available at Navy Yard everyday, except Tuesday, typically after a 24 hour processing time. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.  

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available and ranges and ranges from $15 to $25, depending on your location in a distance up to 10 miles outside the Capital Beltway. Delivery cost will be populated at checkout based on your zip code. The lowest delivery will cost regardless of order and location is $15. The most delivery will cost within the delivery range, regardless or order and location is $25.  There are special delivery rates for vintage furniture and rugs.  We will contact you with the specific rate.  

Delivery occurs one day a week on Wednesday typically between 10am to 6pm.  You will receive a notification via text and/or email when your delivery is in route. Please enter your email and phone number at check out so that the delivery service can reach you.

If you are within the Capital Beltway and you order more than three plants in 10" or larger nursery pots, or one 14" tree/a plant taller than five feet tall with a ceramic planter, Jungle & Loom staff could contact you for an increased delivery cost.  The highest potential charge for delivery is $50.   

Domestic Shipping Policy

We do not currently offer shipping.  We do offer free in-store pick up and local delivery up to 10 miles outside the Capital Beltway.  

International Shipping Policy 

We do no currently offer shipping outside the U.S.
