Refund policy

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for plant purchases. With that said, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please reach out to us if you have an issue with your plant within 14 days of your purchase date.  Proof of purchase is required. 

No refunds for large vintage purchases, including vintage furniture or rugs.  We can offer store credit in the form of a gift card within 14 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns or exchanges are accepted for all other unused and undamaged items for 14 days. Proof of purchase is required.
